How long will it take to complete my website?
A typical website will take about 3 to 8 weeks from project kick off to when the website launches. Some that are more complex can take longer others take less time. Timelines are heavily affected by your input and collaboration. We will work with you to set goals, timelines and produce timely deliverables!
Do I have to be in-person to work with you?
No! We would love to see you in person of course, but if it is not possible we can work together via Zoom/video chat, and email.
Will I be able to update the site myself when it’s finished?
Yes! Wordpress & Woocommerce make it easy to make updates and changes to the content on your site and you will have full access and control of your site front and backend. We do recommend a developer for anything other than content and price updates. If you opt not to have us manage your maintenance we offer hourly tutorials @$120 that walk you through your site functionality.
What is the difference in your various website packages?
Our packages are designed to best fit your needs with the most cost effective course of action. Once we hop on a call we will be able to give you a detailed assessment and point you towards the appropriate package for you. Let's find some time to talk!
Will you maintain our website for us?
Yes! We offer full white glove maintenance service for a monthly fee. This is not mandatory or included in your design cost, just an extra service we offer, you can decide at any time during or after the process.
Do you provide website hosting and domain?
We do not provide hosting. You and you only will always have full access to your site. We will assist you with your migration and recommend and advise the best hosting solution for you.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes, all our designs are responsive for all screen sizes!
How much input do I have in the website design process?
You are the most important part of the design process. Your thoughts and feedback will be essential to every element of your new site. We will ask for a list of examples and functionality wishes to help our team achieve your vision.
Who writes the text/content for the website?
Since you are the business owner and know the ins and outs of your business we rely on you to provide us with all of the text content. This allows us to make the best site we can for you and your customers. If assistance is needed we have copywriters available for a @$120 hr fee.
Do you only create WordPress websites?
No! We can work with other platforms however we specialize in wordpress and woocommerce. We believe wordpress gives you the most flexibility and reliability in the long run so we will always recommend it.
What if I need help on my site down the road?
We are always one call, email or video call away and here to help with anything that comes up. Once we are done you are not left out in the cold you will be part of the 3Hi family, so don't hesitate to reach out.
Is SEO included in my website build?
All of our sites will be optimized for SEO but it is not included. We do offer SEO as a service and can add this to your website.
Do you work with new and small businesses?
